These Rewards Program Rules ("Rules") supplement the GooseUp Terms of Service ("Terms") and govern the GooseUp Rewards Program. Capitalized terms not defined in these Rules have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
The Terms govern your rights and obligations. These Rules govern only the operational Program details expressly left to them, including earning mechanics, rates, multipliers, expiry, forfeiture, conversion, and Cashout mechanics. If there is a conflict, the Terms control; these Rules control next only for those operational details and cannot amend, waive, reduce, or override any right or protection in the Terms, subject to mandatory law.
The Program’s qualifying earning events are:
• Level Completion (dynamic base Coin award).
• End-of-Level Rewarded Video (optional 2x multiplier).
• GooseUp Interstitial Ads (a fixed Coin award for each qualifying interstitial ad displayed in the GooseUp app, at the amount then in effect under the Program)
• Instant Power Up (watch the rewarded video shown in the Instant Power Up tab to receive the applicable Coin award; the applicable amount and claim conditions are shown in the App before participation).
• Bonus Bar (complete the qualifying activity shown in the App or Game to receive a matching bonus; the applicable amount and claim conditions are shown in the App or Game before participation).
• Daily Reward (the opportunity may be displayed when the App or Game is opened and is tied to the displayed daily participation streak, but no Coins are earned or claimable merely by opening the App or Game; Coins may be claimed only after the user completes the displayed rewarded video; the applicable amount and claim conditions are shown in the App or Game before participation).
• Journey Gift (reach the displayed journey milestone; the applicable amount and claim conditions are shown in the App or Game before participation).
No Coin, bonus, or other reward attaches merely to downloading, installing, or first opening any app, including GooseUp or a Portfolio Game. Coins are credited only after a listed Qualifying Event is completed and any conditions stated in these Rules are satisfied. For a connected Portfolio Game event, GooseUp must be installed on the same device before Coin crediting; it need not be running, open, or in the foreground.
Some earning activities have fixed amounts or multipliers, and others are dynamic. The current amounts, rates, and multipliers for each earning activity are shown in the App before participation and may change from time to time as provided in Section 10 (Changes to These Rules) and the Terms. Certain activities, such as GooseUp Interstitial Ads and Instant Power Up, provide a fixed Coin award for completing the stated activity, and the End-of-Level Rewarded Video offers an optional 2x multiplier on the applicable level-completion award. Level Completion is different: its base Coin award is dynamic and may vary based on non-random factors including the game, geography, daily advertising-market inputs reflected in “Revenue per Successful Level,” session depth or decay, substantive completed gameplay across different games reflected in the Variety Multiplier, badge treatment, timing or streak conditions, and other Program parameters. The Level Completion methodology or its components may be modified prospectively only in accordance with Section 10 (Changes to These Rules) and the Terms. “Revenue per Successful Level” is recalculated daily using trailing three-day advertising-market data for the applicable game, platform, and geography. We do not publish proprietary formulas, internal Coin Multiplier constants, detailed decay curves, probabilities, or backend architecture. Chance does not determine whether or how many cash-redeemable Coins a user earns.
Playing different connected Portfolio Games may affect future level-completion awards through the Variety Multiplier and other disclosed Program factors. The Variety Multiplier rewards substantive completed gameplay across multiple games; it does not reward downloading or installing a game, and installation alone is never a qualifying event.
A Cashout uses the entire available Coin balance in your wallet as recorded when the Cashout process begins. You cannot choose a smaller amount or make a partial Cashout. The Coin-to-dollar conversion rate may vary between Cashouts. Cashouts are subject to the eligibility, verification, review, and other requirements in the Terms.
Your Cashout will be paid using the payment method shown in the App when you submit your request. Everplay may add, change, or remove available payment methods. The requirements of the applicable payment provider and the Terms also apply.
Coins may expire only after six (6) continuous months without a completed Qualifying Event, measured from the user’s last qualifying activity. Everplay will provide reasonable advance notice in the App before the applicable expiry date. A valid Cashout submitted before expiry will remain subject to the Terms while pending and will not be canceled solely because it is pending, except as expressly permitted by the Terms. Expiry and any forfeiture are governed by the Terms; these Rules do not expand Everplay’s forfeiture rights or permit retroactive cancellation, reduction, or repricing of properly accrued Coins or cancellation of a valid Cashout already submitted, except as expressly permitted by the Terms.
During pre-launch, beta, or test phases, Coins earned are test Coins and reset at the end of each phase. Test Coins have no cash value and are not carried over into production.
Everplay may correct Coin balances, reverse credits, or adjust records only as permitted by and subject to the Terms, including for a confirmed error or duplicate credit, a valid reversal, or proportionate enforcement. Except as expressly permitted by the Terms, Coins properly accrued under these Rules will not be retroactively reduced or canceled. The Terms’ review and appeal rights apply to adverse actions affecting Coin balances. Everplay will notify you of the outcome of a review within thirty (30) days after receiving the request. If the review maintains a suspension, termination, or balance adjustment, you may submit one appeal within thirty (30) days after the review outcome, as provided in the Terms.
Everplay may update these Rules only prospectively and in accordance with the Terms. Everplay will provide at least fourteen (14) days’ advance notice through the App or another legally required method before a structural change to the Program takes effect if the change materially reduces future earning opportunities, including a change that removes a listed earning mechanism, reduces a disclosed multiplier, shortens the six-month inactivity period, changes Cashout conditions, or adversely affects user rights. A structural change to the Level Completion methodology or any of its components that materially reduces future earning opportunities is subject to this notice requirement. Routine daily recalculation of “Revenue per Successful Level” under the existing disclosed dynamic formula, using trailing three-day advertising-market data for the applicable game, platform, and geography, is part of the ordinary operation of that formula, not a structural formula change or an amendment to these Rules, and does not require fourteen (14) days’ notice. A user-favorable change, including a temporary earning boost or an extension of the inactivity period, may take effect immediately. Unless the Terms expressly permit otherwise, changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce or cancel properly accrued Coins or cancel a valid Cashout already submitted. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent provided in the Terms.
